An integral component of The FACT System™ is the seminar. There are four training pillars of the seminar: a) personal responsibility; b) understanding self and others; c) help: needing it, getting it, accepting it; and d) effective communication.

The seminar is designed as a practical, fast-paced, and interactive approach to character training for elite athletes.
